Service Description
Continue your pet's wellness journey with a personalized follow-up session. We'll review changes since your previous consultation, discuss how your pet has been responding, address new concerns, and determine any adjustments to their ongoing balancing and wellness plan. Follow-up consultations are for existing clients whose pet has already completed an Initial Online Consultation. If your pet is a new client, please book an Initial Online Consultation for Pets first.
Cancellation Policy
All consultations are prepaid at the time of booking. We understand that plans can change and encourage clients to reschedule their appointments whenever possible. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled online with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a refund, less a $5 cancellation fee. To request a cancellation, please email rebekah@kinetichealthsciences.com. Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are non-refundable.
